|Service Corporation International Announces Senior Notes Offering|

Service Corporation International (NYSE: SCI), the largest provider of deathcare products and services in North America, announced today that it intends to offer $250 million aggregate principal amount of its senior notes due 2019, subject to market and other conditions. The offering will be made by means of an underwritten public offering pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. SCI intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay indebtedness under its credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch will act as the lead joint bookrunning manager for the offering. The offering may be made only by means of a prospectus and related prospectus supplement.
